El Olivar will be the working heart of Legend Dairy Farm: rows of olive trees, silver-green leaves against the desert, and a landscape that becomes more beautiful with time. We’re beginning with young trees, giving the orchard the water, care and patience it needs to take root.

At the center of Eni y Fuego, a brick-domed temazcal will sit within a circular arrangement of productive gardens. Raised beds, walking paths and places to sit bring growing food and quiet reflection into the same space.

The Citrus Grove is planned as a productive corner of the farm, bringing fruit trees, seasonal blossom and fresh color into the desert landscape. Rather than ornamental planting alone, these will be trees with a purpose—grown for the fruit they produce and the character they add as they mature.

Gathering Ground is being designed as the farm’s shared outdoor living space: somewhere to settle after a day out, spend time with the people you came with, or let a passing conversation become the evening.

Some afternoons need very little planning. Our proposed pétanque court will offer a simple reason to step outside, put the phone away and enjoy a game with the people around you.

The natural hot springs around Agua Caliente are part of what makes this corner of Baja so different from the coast. Here, a day out can be as simple as finding a place beside the water, settling into a warm soak and letting the afternoon unfold without much of a schedule.

Santiago reveals a greener, quieter side of the peninsula. Palms gather around its oasis, desert hills frame the landscape, and the town’s mission-era roots connect it to a Baja that existed long before the resort corridor. It is a place to slow the journey down rather than simply pass through.

A visit to Costa Palmas can bring a different rhythm to your stay: waterfront fine dining, a walk around Marina Village and time watching yachts come and go. Cafés, restaurants and shops make it an option for an outing centered on food and the coast rather than hiking or swimming.

Cabo Pulmo offers a coastal counterpoint to a stay in Agua Caliente. Its national park protects a coral-reef ecosystem in the Gulf of California, making the underwater landscape as much a reason to visit as the shoreline itself.

The coastal towns of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas offer two distinct ways to spend a day beyond the farm. In San José, wander the historic center, step into galleries around the Art District and leave time for a meal that becomes part of the outing. Cabo San Lucas brings a livelier rhythm: boats moving through the marina, seafood by the waterfront and the striking rock formations of Land’s End. Enjoy the energy of the coast, then return inland to the quieter landscape around Legend.

El Triunfo tells a different chapter of Baja’s history. Once a bustling gold and silver mining town, it still carries that past in its old buildings, industrial remains and the tall brick chimney of La Ramona. Against the surrounding hills, these traces of another era give the village a character entirely its own. Spend time at Museo Ruta de Plata to understand the mining history behind the town, then explore its streets and settle in for a regional lunch. It’s an outing for anyone who likes to understand a place through what people built, how they worked and what they left behind.
